Boats:
Karaka is another liveaboard sailing yacht which Tropicbird may well sail in convoy with to Cuba.
Stahlratte is a 40 meters 100 years old steel schooner. They are mostly running backpacker trips between Colombia and Panama at the moment but will be going elsewhere soon.
Keturah is a 45ft ferrocement ketch currently sailing in South east Asia, headed for the western pacific. His website is a very complete source of information for applicants. We face similar same issues when selecting applicants from the internet although both Tropicbird and Keturah differ slightly in concept and physical form as do all of the boats mentioned. Anybody willing to join Tropicbird should also read Keturahs website as well.
Simpatica a magnificent Catana 471 is known as the Rolls Royce of Catamarans. Simpatica is traveling extensively in areas around the world each year to satisfy our discerning guests.
